The product based on fruits and berries boiled down with sugar with adding of jellifying substnaces. The stuffs can have various consistence ,- from spreadable condensed mass, mixed fruits as full berries in the syrup.
They are applied for manufacturing of yoghurt, kefir, curds, ice-cream and other milk products, pudding, creams, pastries, cakes and other confectioneries.
The stuff is easy spreaded in the mass giving appropriate fruit and berry taste, colour and scent.
It meet all necessary requirements (resistance to temperature, rheology, consistence etc. ) depending on set technological process parameters for preparing of any product.
Each lot is inspected according to microbiological rates and meet the requirements.

НStuffs for products from puff pastry, puff and yeasted, short dough. It is intended for baking during 15-20 minutes within temperature 220-240 ْ C, during baking the product does not change the taste, colour, consistence, does not leak away, shrink.
Stuffs for products from puff, puff and yeasted dough. It is dosed in the product after baking. Content of fruits: from 30% till 40%.
Stuffs are layer, additive to hard sauce in producing of cakes, rolled cakes, pastries and other confectionary.
