Applying:
It is designed for fermented milk products, yoghurts, sour cream, fermented milk drinks. It is recommended to use in technological processes with insignificant level of mechanic effect. Ultra Tex MT1-0001
Stabilizing system start to get viscosity under temperature 60-65°C, maximum viscosity is obtained under temperature 90-95°C. It has excellent dispersive specifications. At a stage fermentation the dense clot is formed. Stabilizing system Ultra Tex MT1-0001 is beautifully combined with milk proteins preventing sedimentation and swerving of proteins. Fermented milk products have soft taste, smooth, glazed texture, obtain resistance to changing storage conditions. It gives sensation of saturation in low or fat-reduced products with. There is no inclination to syneresis.

Guidelines for applying:
- Add stabilizing system Ultra Tex MT1-0001 in milk (milk-fat) mixture under temperature 20±10°C, preliminary having dispersed stabilizer in small quantity of milk. Intermix the mixture thoroughly.
- Homogenization. Optimum homogenization temperature - 60±2°C.
- Pasterurization.
- Ripening of mixture.
- Further technological process is hold according to regulation documents.

Dosage:
- drinking yogurt - 0,8-1,0%.
- Hdesert yogurt - 1,8-2,3%
- sour cream 20% richness– 1,0-1,2%
- sour cream 15% richness – 1,0-1,2%

Bt virtue of stabilizing of milk protein, in the process of fermented milk products manufacturing, all technological processes related to burning of original stock, finished product and ripening is simplified enabling to prevent numerous defects s of fermented milk products occurring during of manufacturing process:
